Hyper Shadow (Retro)
| Merry Christmas was 6 days ago! I pulled another fast one on me! I got what I needed to take the shot and managed to upload it before December's end and my next technical update! Behold, Santa's Helper! (Be sure to check out the special, because it goes down on the 3rd!) This week's update brings us Hyper Shadow, the 1st Doppelganger in a Growing Assortment of Extra Hedgehogs. (I hope everyone got to see the special, because it's gone now!) (UPDATED: January 2) |

| It's still unclear whether his name is "Hyper Shadow" or Super Shadow". But the Intardnet is far too vast to search for something so inconsequential as that. I'll stick with Hyper because Super is overdone. Because Shadow at this stage was still just a recolor of Sonic, Hyper Shadow is more or less identical to Super Sonic, except for color, expression, and a few other tweaks. He's the same in that he also has the balance issue and (at one time) had to have his tail lengthened into a crutch. (This also happened with Super Sonic, Knuckles, and Tikal) And apparently, Hyper Shadow and Shadow WERE missing a piece to make them exact Sonic scale. It took me forever to catch this, though it didn't help that I hadn't thoroughly examined these things in several years. |
